Pork Egg Rolls

Hello beautiful people & HAPPY SUNDAY!!!
I decided to whip up some pork egg rolls because I've been sort of under the weather. My husband has the flu and I think I have the beginning stages as well. This time of the year sort of sucks because the weather is fluctuating like crazy and my allergies act up. But enough of the icky stuff! Let's get to making these delicious egg rolls! They take about 15 minutes to prep and 5 minutes to cook, so it's super easy!!
What you'll need:
  • Sliced pork
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Veggie or peanut oil
  • Broccoli slaw
  • Minced garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Kung pao sauce
1. Start by mixing together the pork, minced garlic, slaw, soy sauce,
kung pao sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
2. Cook in a large saucepan until pork mixture until it's fully cooked & set aside
3. Lay out wrappers and fill them with pork mixture. Fold almost in half like a triangle, tuck in corners and continue to roll until they are closed. Use a little water on your fingertips to seal the wrapper shut.
4. Fry in vegetable {or peanut} oil until golden brown!
5. Let cool, because these suckers will be super hot!!
6.  Serve!! I like to dip mine in a mixture of hoisin sauce and sriracha, but you can use a sweet chili or whatever sort of sauce you prefer.
